This Cookie Policy explains how Ciraltos LLC, doing business as My Cloud Coach ("My Cloud Coach," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://mycloud.coach and in our online school (the "Service"). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices you have.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information, and our Terms and Conditions.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the website owner.

• First-party cookies are set by our website and our learning platform provider, LearnWorlds, on our domain.
• Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use on our website, such as our payment processor and analytics provider.
• Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage and scripts, which work in a similar way. In this Cookie Policy, we refer to all of these technologies as "cookies."

We group the cookies used on the Service into the following categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to work. They keep you signed in, protect the site and your Account from fraud and abuse, remember your cookie choices, and allow you to complete purchases. These cookies are always active and cannot be turned off in our cookie settings.
• Functional cookies remember choices you make and provide enhanced features, such as live chat or embedded content preferences.
• Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Service, such as which pages are visited most and how visitors arrive at the site, so we can improve our website and Courses.
• Marketing cookies track visitors across websites to show them relevant advertising, or record referrals from marketing partners.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to sell your personal information or to show you targeted ads on other websites. The only marketing-related cookie we use is a first-party affiliate referral cookie, described in Section 3, which credits our affiliate partners when you purchase through their link. We place functional and analytics cookies only with your consent where the law requires it.

The tables below list the main cookies used on the Service. Cookie names and expiration periods are set by the providers and may change over time. We review this list periodically and update it when we add or remove a service.

Functional cookies: we do not currently use additional functional cookies, such as live chat or support widgets. If we add a service that uses functional cookies, we will update this Cookie Policy and ask for your consent where required.

We have configured Google Analytics without advertising features. Google signals and Google Ads linking are turned off, and analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on any website by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Affiliate referral cookie:

Advertising cookies: none.

If you choose to sign up or sign in using your Google or LinkedIn account, you will be redirected to that service, which may set its own cookies on its website. Those cookies are controlled by Google or LinkedIn under their own cookie and privacy policies, not by us.

Cookie banner. When you first visit the Service, whether or not you are signed in, a cookie banner asks for your choice. You can select Got it! to accept all cookies, Reject all to reject all non-essential cookies, or Accept individual cookies to choose which categories to allow (functional, analytics, and marketing). Non-essential cookies are not placed until you give consent where the law requires it. Strictly necessary cookies are always active.

Changing your choices. You can change your cookie choices at any time:

• If you have an Account, go to your Account settings, select Notifications & Privacy, and choose Edit.
• If you are browsing as a guest and are not signed in, use the cookie preferences option on our website, which offers the same choices to accept all, reject all, or choose individual categories.

Your choices are stored in a cookie on the device and browser you are using. If you use a different device or browser, or clear your cookies, you will need to set your choices again.

Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Instructions are available in the help or settings pages of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox, and in your mobile device's documentation. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in, watch Courses, or complete a purchase. If you have trouble signing in or checking out, check that cookies are allowed for our website and for checkout.stripe.com.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law. Because there is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, the Service does not currently respond to them.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove a service or when a provider changes its cookies. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. If we make a material change, such as beginning to use marketing or advertising cookies, we will notify you in advance as described in our Privacy Policy and ask for your consent where required.
