Who are the courses for?
IT professionals at the beginner to intermediate level who want to build practical skills with Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft AI. Some general IT background is helpful, but you don't need prior cloud experience.
Are the courses self-paced or live?
All current courses are self-paced, so you can learn on your own schedule. Live, instructor-led courses are coming soon. Join the mailing list to hear when the first sessions are scheduled.
Do I need my own Azure subscription?
Yes. The hands-on labs run in your own Azure environment. A free Azure trial covers most labs, and each course lists its specific requirements.
Will the courses help me prepare for Microsoft certification exams?
Yes, some courses are designed to help you prepare for Microsoft certification exams. The course page tells you which exam a course aligns with.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You'll receive a certificate of completion with a shareable link you can add to your LinkedIn profile or résumé. Certificates confirm that you completed a My Cloud Coach course. They aren't an official Microsoft certification.
How does pricing work?
Each course is priced individually and paid once, with no subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a full refund of an on-demand course within 14 days of purchase, as long as you've completed less than 25% of it. Live courses can be refunded up to 7 days before the first session. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
